Preecha Piriyapanyaporn is a founding partner of Norman Legality, specializing in corporate and real estate development law. He stands out for his experience on both sides of the industry — as external legal counsel and as a senior in-house legal executive.

Preecha began his career at Natee International Law Office Limited, where for more than a decade he oversaw a diverse range of legal matters spanning corporate law, business law and litigation, developing deep expertise in practical and actionable legal advice.

He went on to serve as Vice President and Senior Vice President in the legal and compliance departments of leading Thai listed real estate companies — Pace Development Corporation PLC, Major Development PLC and Proud Real Estate PLC. Working closely with top-tier external law firms, he played a crucial role in landmark matters, including the iconic mixed-use MahaNakhon project and the acquisition of the American brand Dean & DeLuca, as well as strategizing and mediating high-value class action lawsuits and managing business rehabilitation processes.

His responsibilities covered large-scale mixed-use developments, hotel business licensing, in-depth legal review of real estate development matters, legal due diligence, land rights registration and juristic acts, and the establishment of condominium juristic persons. He also served as a registered Company Secretary with the Securities and Exchange Commission, overseeing capital-market regulatory compliance, good corporate governance and PDPA compliance.
