Norman Legality Co., Ltd. (“Norman Legality”, “we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This notice explains how we collect, use and disclose personal data through this website and when you contact us, in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) of Thailand (“PDPA”).

Personal data we collect
- Information you provide when you complete our enquiry form or contact us by email or telephone — such as your name, company or organization, email address, telephone number, the area of interest you select and the content of your message.
- Technical information recorded automatically by our web hosting provider for security and operational purposes — such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the date and time of access (server logs).
Please do not send us sensitive personal data (for example, information about health, religious beliefs or criminal records) through this website.
Purposes and lawful bases
- To respond to your enquiry and to take steps at your request before entering into an engagement — on the basis of performing a contract or taking steps at your request before entering into one.
- To conduct conflict-of-interest checks and client due diligence before accepting an engagement — on the basis of our legitimate interests and, where applicable, our legal obligations.
- To operate, maintain and secure this website — on the basis of our legitimate interests.
- To comply with applicable laws, regulations and professional obligations, and to establish, exercise or defend legal claims — on the basis of legal obligation or legitimate interests, as applicable.
We do not use your personal data for direct marketing without your consent, and we do not sell personal data.
Disclosure
We may disclose personal data only as necessary to:
- our service providers, such as website hosting and email providers, who process data on our behalf under appropriate confidentiality and data protection obligations;
- Legal Advance Solution Co., Ltd., our alliance firm, where necessary to respond to your matter and only with your agreement;
- professional advisers, courts, government authorities or regulators, where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
Transfers, retention & security
International transfers
Some of our service providers may store or process data outside Thailand. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure that the transfer complies with the PDPA, including that appropriate safeguards are in place.
Retention
We keep enquiry information only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above. If your enquiry does not lead to an engagement, we will generally delete it within two years, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. If you become a client, your information will be kept in accordance with our client file retention policy and applicable law.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorized access, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to this website.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions set out in the PDPA, you have the right to:
- withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent;
- request access to and a copy of your personal data, and disclosure of how it was obtained;
- receive your personal data, or have it transferred to another controller (data portability);
- object to the processing of your personal data;
- request erasure, destruction or anonymization of your personal data;
- request restriction of the processing of your personal data;
- request that your personal data be corrected, kept up to date, complete and not misleading; and
- lodge a complaint with the competent authority under the PDPA, through the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee.
